Grip is developing a groundbreaking product, and we are looking for people with a passion for working on hard, interesting problems. This is a unique opportunity to join a fast-growing B2B cybersecurity startup, with hands-on product responsibilities, room for initiative, growth and for making an impact.

You will lead projects from research to production, use various methods to transform raw data into useful data systems, create algorithms, conduct statistical analysis and tackle problems that have never been solved before. This is a meaningful role that combines both research and development, for those who love to see the big picture of our data and at the same time deeply understand the solution.

Responsibilities

• Conduct complex research and report on results, find hidden patterns using data
• Building analytical tools to utilize the data pipeline
• Analyze and organize raw data and build relevant algorithms
• Explore ways to improve data reliability, efficiency and quality
• Collaborate with data scientists and architects on several projects, working closely to R&D and Product teams

Requirements and skills:

• Combination of both strong analytical thinking and programing skills
• Hands-on experience with Python and SQL (at least 2 years)
• Extensive research experience
• Creative, open-minded, a quick learner, and a problem-solver
• Team player with the ability to communicate clearly and simplify complex ideas and designs
• Detail-oriented, with excellent organizational skills
